Bobbi Jo Stevens, of the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation, was the winner of Howell Creative Group’s “Power of Color” contest in Howell’s May 2009 ad for the Greater Williamsburg Chamber & Tourism Alliance’s Outlook newsletter.
