Laura Messer, Economic Development Assistant with James City County, was the winner of Howell Creative Group’s “You Better Watch Out” contest in Howell’s December 2008 ad for the Greater Williamsburg & Tourism Alliance’s Outlook newsletter. The ad – and contest question – featured the jolly Santa image introduced by Coca-Cola in 1931.
