2008 ALLI award honoree Kathy Howell, president of the Howell Creative Group, is joined by members of the Cultural Alliance of Greater Hampton Roads. ALLI awards are presented each year to recognize individuals’ contributions to the arts and culture of the Tidewater region. Howell received a Business Award for her involvement with the Historic Triangle “Discover the Arts” map guide.
